For the first time ever, I have made my own personal general photography contract available for you to use and customize! As a photographer and small business owner, it is imperative that you have a sound contract that you can fully understand and have the peace of mind knowing that it protects you and your business against disputes and liability issues.
This contract has been adapted, changed, reviewed and signed off by multiple lawyers over the years and is one of the most complete contracts on the market. Along with my own revisions, I have included new clauses and terms based on information and discoveries from other photographers and their own personal experiences/stories to ensure loopholes are corrected and verbiage remains legally sound.
